It doesn't matter if you "need" it. You don't need to be depressed to go to therapy. If it isn't a problem financially, it's a good resource for your mental health. You know what you need better than anyone else! Do what you thinks right for you.

i've honestly been considering it, but my family thinks i don't need it and that i'm actually just being lazy
